Custom Portraits and Commissions

Each portrait is hand-painted and created just for you, based on your request and reference photos.

Because of the personalized and handmade nature of these works, all custom commissions cannot be returned or refunded.

Not completely happy?
I want you to love your painting. If there’s something wrong, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your artwork at airian.alexandre@gmail.com, and we’ll see what can be done.

Damaged during shipping?
If your painting arrives damaged, contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. I will do my best to find a fair solution.

Prints and Ready-Made Artwork

You can return prints and original ready-made paintings (excluding commissions) within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

To return an item:

1. Email me at airian.alexandre@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

3. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once I have received the returned item, you will receive a refund.
